The Board of Sigma notes that the following trading update has been released by Frontier IP Group Plc ("Frontier IP" or "the Group") this morning. Sigma holds 77.43% of Frontier IP's issued share capital.
"Trading Update
Frontier IP has made encouraging progress in the first half of its financial year. The Board expects the Group to deliver total revenues for the full year significantly ahead of market expectations, in particular driven by an IFRS uplift in the value of its portfolio.
As announced on 14 December 2010, Frontier IP is seeking admission to AIM and the Board now expects admission to be completed in January 2011 together with a proposed fund raising."
