Re: Frontier IP Group Plc and Portfolio Company, Nandi Proteins Limited
Sigma, the property and urban regeneration specialist, notes the announcements issued today by its associate company, Frontier IP Group Plc ("Frontier IP") and its portfolio company, Nandi Proteins Limited ("Nandi"), which report that Nandi has concluded a licence agreement for the use of its innovative protein technology with Tate & Lyle PLC.
The conclusion of the licence agreement will result in the payment of advisory fees to Frontier IP and is expected to result in an uplift in the valuation of Nandi.
Sigma holds a 26.86% shareholding in Frontier IP and two of Sigma's venture funds also hold a direct investment in Nandi.
