Director's Dealings notification
The Company has been notified that on 8 January 2014 John Hamilton, Residential Development Director, sold 89,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, at a price of 45p per ordinary share, to his self-invested personal pension with Standard Life, of which Mr Hamilton is trustee and sole beneficiary.
Following this transaction Mr. Hamilton's unchanged interest in the Company remains at 385,714 ordinary shares, representing 0.8% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
