The Company announces that application has been made for the admission toΒ trading on AIM of 4,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the CompanyΒ ('Shares'), pursuant to the exercise of options. Dealings are expected toΒ commence onΒ 8 December 2008.
Upon admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will compriseΒ 46,772,435Β ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold anyΒ shares in treasury. This figure ofΒ 46,772,435Β ordinary shares may be used byΒ shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by whichΒ they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or aΒ change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
