Grant of Options
Stanley Gibbons announces that on 1 June 2010 the following options over ordinary shares of 1p in the Company were granted to Executive Directors for nil consideration under the Company's 2010 Share Option Plan. The options, which were all granted at the closing mid market price on 28 May 2010 of 123.5p per share, are exercisable subject to the extent that a performance condition based on the Company's adjusted earnings per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2012 is met.
