Directors' Shareholdings
The Company announces that it was informed today of the following share purchase, made on 2 April 2015, by a director of the Company:
Martin Bralsford, Chairman of the Company, bought 22,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £2.38 per Ordinary Share. Following the transaction, Mr Bralsford is interested in 204,800 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.43 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
