Director Shareholding
Stanley Gibbons was today notified that Mr Michael Hall, Chief Executive of the Company, has sold 40,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 195 pence per Ordinary Share. These shares were acquired on the exercise of an option on 3 June 2011. This disposal takes Mr Hall's shareholding to 136,805 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
