On 7 June 2022, Sage was notified that Aaron Harris, who is a member of the Sage Executive Leadership Team, sold 30,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage at a price of £6.565 per share. Following this sale, the resultant total shareholding of Aaron Harris is 306,037 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage.
