On 6 December 2024, Sage was notified that Vicki Bradin, who is a member of the Sage Executive Leadership Team, sold 20,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage at a price of £13.0999 per share.
Following this sale, the resultant total shareholding of Vicki Bradin is 104,491 ordinary shares.
