Severfield plc (the "Company") announces that its annual general meeting will be held at Aldwark Manor on 3rd September 2019 at 12 noon.

The annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019, notice of annual general meeting and form of proxy have been posted, or made available, to shareholders on 2nd August 2019.

These documents will be available on the Company's website and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where they will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
