Further to the announcement made on 30 May 2018 (the "Transaction Announcement") the Company has today published an explanatory circular and notice of general meeting (the "Circular").
The Circular and form of proxy can be found on the Company's website, www.derristoncapital.co.uk and are being posted to Shareholders today. The General Meeting is to be held at the offices of Travers Smith LLP, 10 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2AL at 9.00 a.m. on 23 July 2018.
Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have meanings given to them in the Transaction Announcement.
