The Report and Financial Statements were posted to shareholders on 26 March 2013 and contain the notice for the Company's Annual General Meeting, due to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 19 April 2013 at Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2HA.
