Application has today been made for 53,881 ordinary shares of 40p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") ("Admission").
The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options by a former employee of the Company. These shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and dealings are expected to commence on AIM on 26 July 2010.
Following Admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 219,363,506 Ordinary Shares.
