PDMR Interests
This is a replacement announcement, updating the volume of shares exercised and sold by Sue Hawkswell, COO of Servelec HSC and PDMR.
Servelec Group Plc announces today that 32,757 shares were exercised by employees in relation to the SAYE scheme and were allotted from the block listing announced on 16 January 2017.
The exercise of options included the exercise and sale of shares by Sue Hawkswell and Garry McCord, who are each considered to be persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) and Victoria Mudd who is a person closely associated to the PDMR, Garry McCord. Details are disclosed below.
Following the allotment, the Company's issued share capital consists of 69,707,061 Ordinary Shares which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
