The Company announces that in accordance with the terms of the Sale and Purchase Agreement relating to the acquisition of Corelogic Limited which was announced on 15 December 2014, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for 1,061,665 Consideration Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission").

The Consideration Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Consideration Shares will commence on 24 December 2014.
