Statement Regarding Suspension
The Company today requested that trading in its shares (common stock of no par value) be suspended on AIM due to the unauthorised publishing of confidential internal information on a website. The Company believes that its computer systems have been compromised and are investigating the matter urgently. It should be noted that such information cannot be relied upon, was not published with the Company's approval or knowledge and that such information is not entirely genuine. The Company's financial results for the six months to 30 June 2013 are still under preparation and review and therefore are expected to be ready for announcement later this month.
The Company's shares will remain suspended on AIM and shareholders will be updated in due course.
