Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited (the "Company")
Publication of Scrip Dividend Circular
On 10 July 2020 the Company issued a circular explaining the terms under which the Directors would offer to holders of Ordinary Shares the right to elect to receive Ordinary Shares credited as fully paid, instead of cash in respect of interim dividends declared by the Company (the "Scrip Dividend Alternative"), for quarterly interim dividends declared by the Company for the financial year ending 31 March 2021.
The Company has today published a circular to Shareholders setting out the terms of the Scrip Dividend Alternative (the "Circular") to apply in respect of quarterly interim dividends declared by the Company for financial year ending 31 March 2022. The Circular will be posted to Shareholders today and a copy of the Circular is available on the Company's website at: https://www.seqifund.com/investors/documents-circulars/
A copy of the Circular has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for viewing online at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
