Result of General Meeting
SEC Newgate (AIM:SECN), the insight-driven global strategic communications group that works at the nexus of business, politics, communities, markets and media, announces that at the General Meeting of the Company, held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. The voting results are set out below.

Notes
(i) A "Vote Abstain" is a valid vote in Italian law and is counted in the calculation of the proportion of the votes cast on a resolution.
(ii) As at the date of the General Meeting the issued share capital of the Company was 24,710,922 Ordinary Shares.
Delisting and Buy-back
Accordingly, it is expected that the last day of dealings in the Ordinary Shares on AIM will be 4 March 2022 and the expected time and date of Delisting is 7.00 a.m. on 7 March 2022.
The Company expects to announce the commencement of the Buy-back on or around 17 February 2022, to allow Minority Shareholders, who are not participating in the Contribution, to sell their Ordinary Shares. The Buy-back will be carried out at a fixed price of 111.32p per Ordinary Share.
Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as set out in the Company's announcement dated 25 January, unless otherwise defined.
