SPEEDY HIRE PLC ("SPEEDY HIRE" OR THE "COMPANY")
DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS: Notification under DTR 3.1.4R (1) (a)
Speedy Hire announces the following changes to Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs") interests in the Company.
We were advised on 18 August 2010 by Equiniti that the following PDMR's acquired ordinary shares in Speedy Hire Plc at £0.23 per ordinary share through participation in the Speedy Hire Plc Dividend Re-Investment Plan.
