Superdry announces that, following the admission of Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc to the London Stock Exchange on 8 October 2018, Penny Hughes, a non-executive director of the Company, is the non-executive chair of Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc.
This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
