Superdry announces that Penny Hughes, a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Superdry's Remuneration Committee, will be stepping down as a Non-Executive Director of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc ("RBS") and as Chairman of the RBS Sustainable Banking Committee with effect from the close of business of RBS' 2018 Annual General Meeting.
This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
