Block Listing Application
The Board of Supergroup plc ("Supergroup" or the "Company") announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares"), and to the London Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading on its market for listed securities.
The application is in respect of Ordinary Shares that may fall to be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the SuperGroup Performance Share Plan and SuperGroup Plc share save scheme.
The Shares will be issued fully paid and will, upon issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued shares. Admission is expected to occur on 23 September 2013.
