Stadium Group PLC30 August 2006 For release30 August 2006 Stadium Group Plc Acquires KRP Power Source (UK) Limited Stadium Group Plc, the AIM-listed provider of Electronic Manufacturing Services,today completed the acquisition of KRP Power Source (UK) Limited ("KRP") forcash consideration of approximately £650,000, of which approximately £150,000 isdeferred for up to one year. KRP is a specialist distributor of power supplies and dc-dc converters for thetransport, medical and telecommunications markets from its base at Newbury,Berkshire. Turnover for the financial year ended 30 November 2005 wasapproximately £1.1 million. KRP will complement the existing operations of Stadium Power, which designs andmanufactures standard, semi-custom and custom power solutions in the UK andAsia. Stadium Chairman Nick Brayshaw said, "I am delighted to announce that we have completed our first acquisition sincethe re-organisation of the business to focus on our electronics activities in2001. We have signalled our intention to increase investment in development ofour interests in the worldwide market for power solutions, both organically andby acquisition. KRP offers additional customers, sales resources and access toan extensive complementary range of standard products." KRP was previously in private ownership, and the vendors will continue to beemployed in the business. Stadium Group Plc is due to announce interim results for the six months ended 30June 2006 on Monday 4 September 2006.
