Issue of Equity
Stadium Group plc announces that at a board meeting held on 3 December 2008 it allotted 15,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 5 pence each in order to satisfy an exercise of options under the Performance Share Plan.
The Company also announces that at a board meeting held on 3 April 2008 it allotted 7,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 59 pence each in order to satisfy an exercise of options under the Executive Share Option Scheme.
Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for admission of the 22,500 new Ordinary Shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
As a result of this transaction the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will consist of 28,827,198 Ordinary Shares.
