Further to the FTSE notice released on 02 November 2020 in relation to SDL (UK): Merger with RWS Holdings (UK), please note the FTSE 250 replacement.

All other details remain unchanged. Please see updated notice below:

Subject to the completion of the Scheme of arrangement in relation to the merger between SDL (UK, constituent) and RWS Holdings (UK, constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

SDL (UK, 0937636) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.

Baillie Gifford Shin Nippon (UK, BFXYH24) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index, and removed from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

All changes are effective from 06 November 2020.
