Application for Listing
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets of 135,083 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares").
The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be issued as consideration shares to satisfy contingent earn out payments due to the vendors pursuant to separate sale and purchase agreements in respect of:
1. the acquisition of Intrepid Consultants Inc by Alterian plc (now Alterian Ltd), which was subsequently acquired by the Company on 30 January 2012 (circular dated 14 December 2011) - 77,963 shares; and
2. the acquisition of Bemoko Consulting Limited by the Company, announced on 6 March 2013 - 57,120 shares
It is expected that admission will become effective on 15 August 2013.
