Application for Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets of 40,622 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares").

The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be issued as consideration shares to satisfy the first contingent earn out payment due to the vendors pursuant to the sale and purchase agreement in respect of the acquisition of GYPE BV by the Company on 1 January 2015.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 23 March 2016.
