Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") Awards
SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted Group focused on the design and manufacture of scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing and control applications, announces details of awards on 23 February 2024 under the Scientific Digital Imaging plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2018 ("LTIP") (the "Grant").
Pursuant to the LTIP, the following awards have been made:

The 1p awards are subject to a 3-year performance period (the "Performance Period") followed by a holding period to be determined by the Remuneration Committee. The awards are further subject to claw back and malus provisions. The performance condition for the awards is linked to the Company's growth in EPS and total shareholder return.
