Issue of Options

Scientific Digital Imaging plc, the AIM quoted group focused on the design and manufacture of scientific and technology products for use by the life science, healthcare, astronomy, consumer manufacturing and art conservation markets, announces that on 30 August 2017, the Company issued a total of 1,750,000 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, under the existing Scientific Digital Imaging plc Enterprise Management Incentive Option scheme, to certain directors of the Company (the "Options").

The Options are exercisable at 24.5 pence, vested subject to certain performance conditions on 30 August 2017, and expire on 29 August 2027. Details of the awards are as follows:
