Directorate Change 

Alf Vaisey has given notice of his resignation from the Board of the Company with effect from 31 March 2010. In the meantime, the Company is seeking a suitable Non-Executive Director to replace Mr Vaisey.

Harry Tee CBE, Chairman of SDI, commented: 

"I would like to thank Alf for all his support over the past two years and in particular through the AIM listing in 2008. We wish him well for the future."
