AGM Statement & Directorate Change

Scientific Digital Imaging plc, the AIM quoted group focused on the design and manufacture of scientific and technology products for use by the life science, healthcare, astronomy, consumer manufacturing and art conservation markets, announces that at its AGM to be held at 11.00 a.m. today at the offices of Mills & Reeve at Botanic House, 100 Hills Road, Cambridge CB2 1PH, Ken Ford, Chairman will make the following statement:

"The Group is trading in line with our expectations and the outlook for the year is unchanged. We are encouraged by the pace of the integration of Applied Thermal Control and the Board views the current financial year very positively."

In addition, the Company announces that Ann Simon, Non-Executive Director, will be stepping down from the Board with effect from 27 September 2017. The Board would like to thank Ann for her valuable experience and support during her time on the Board and wishes her the very best for the future. On Ann's departure, David Tilston will assume the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee.
