Screen Technology Group plc22 April 2008 Screen Technology Group plc (the "Company" or "Screen Technology") Issue of Equity The Board announces that the Company has issued 400,000 ordinary 5p shares inthe capital of the Company pursuant to the terms of a compromise agreement witha departing employee. Accordingly, application has been made for 400,000 new ordinary shares (the "Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 28 April 2008. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of theCompany.
