The following notification made under article 19.1 of the Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR") relates to an award of a nil-cost option to a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") on 15 November 2016 under the Softcat plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
