PROPOSED FINAL DIVIDEND TIMETABLE
As the Group's AGM is now scheduled for 27 November 2019, ScS confirms that the recommended final dividend of 11.20p per share as disclosed in the Group's recent preliminary results will, if approved by shareholders, be paid on 2 December 2019 to shareholders on the register as at close of business on 8 November 2019. The ex-dividend date is the 7 November 2019.
