Director/PDMR Shareholding
ScS, one of the UK's largest retailers of upholstered furniture and floorings, has been notified that on 7 February 2018, Kevin Royal, Managing Director, exercised 7,157 share options. The exercise price of the options is 175p. Kevin Royal then sold 7,157 ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 217p per Ordinary Share.
