Schroder Split Investment Fund PLC26 November 2007 Schroder Split Investment Fund plc and Schroder Split ZDP plc (together the "Group") 26 November 2007 Result of Adjourned Separate Class Meeting The Board announces that at the reconvened separate Class Meeting of ZeroDividend Preference ("ZDP") shareholders in Schroder Split ZDP plc held on 26November 2007 at 9.00 a.m., the resolution relating to the Scheme ofreconstruction announced on 25 October 2007 was approved. Implementation of the Scheme is conditional inter alia upon approval byShareholders of the resolutions to be proposed at the Second General Meetings tobe held on 30 November 2007. Second General Meetings As stated in the Group's announcement released on 21 November 2007, the SecondGeneral Meetings of Schroder Split Investment Fund plc and Schroder Split ZDPplc will commence at 9.00 a.m. on 30 November 2007. At these meetings twospecial resolutions will be proposed, the first to wind up the relevant companyvoluntarily and to appoint the Liquidators and the second for the purpose ofconferring appropriate powers on the Liquidators.
