SME Credit Realisation Fund Limited (the "Company") TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES SME Credit Realisation Fund Limited announces that, on 16 August 2019, it purchased 93,000 ordinary shares of no par value of the Company (the "Shares") at an average gross price of 82.8 pence per share. The Company intends to hold these Shares in treasury. Following the above purchase, the total number of Shares in issue is 303,369,543 (excluding 30,914,250 Shares held in treasury). This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
