FINAL DIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2024
The Directors of Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 15.5 pence per share for the year ended 30 September 2024. Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 24 February 2025, the dividend will be paid on 28 February 2025. The proposed final dividend, combined with the interim dividend of 6.0 pence per share already paid during the year, brings total dividends for the year to 21.5 pence per share, an increase of 4.88% in dividends declared in respect of the previous financial year. This total dividend is the largest annual distribution to shareholders for the Company to date.
