("the Company")
Notification of Interests of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") and connected persons
The Company announces the following dealings by PDMRs in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares").
On 24 February 2009, the Company granted the following share options (the "Options").

The Options were granted following shareholder approval of the arrangements at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 16 February 2009.
