SafeCharge (AIM: SCH), the global provider of payments services, technologies and risk management solutions for online and mobile businesses, was informed on 7 July 2016 that JPMorgan Chase & Co., and its controlled undertakings, being JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings (UK) Limited and JPMorgan Securities plc, no longer have a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
