Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited (LSE: SCGL) announces that, it has allotted and issued 1,800,000 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each in the capital of the Company in in lieu of fees for a research assignment to be carried out for the Company ("the Shares").

Application will be made for the Shares to be admitted to trading which is expected to be on or around 26 July 2021. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Following the issue of the Shares, the Company's issued share capital will comprise of 517,837,242 ordinary shares. This figure of 517,837,242 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
