Surface Transforms plc (AIM: SCE) announces that the Company was notified on 19 June 2023 that Kerry Wood, a PDMR, and her husband, Joel Wood, in aggregate sold 125,097 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and repurchased 124,896 Ordinary Shares, in order to place the shares within their respective ISA's.

Specifically, on 16 June 2023, Kerry Wood sold 125,097 Ordinary Shares at a price of 32.0p per Ordinary Share and on the same date repurchased 62,448 Ordinary Shares at a price of 32.025p per Ordinary Share into her ISA fund. On 16 June 2023 her husband purchased 62,448 shares at a price of 32.025p into his ISA fund.

Following the above transactions, Mrs Wood remains beneficially interested in 543,939 Ordinary Shares representing 0.23% of the total voting rights of the Company.
