Surface Transforms plc (AIM: SCE) announces that on 24 January 2020, the Company received notification that Kerry Wood, being a PDMR and Health & Safety, Environment and Quality manager of the company, acquired 112,243 Ordinary Shares at 26.7p per share. Kerry Wood is now interested in 112,243 ordinary shares which equates to 0.001 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
