Exercise of Options and Director Dealing

Surface Transforms (AIM: SCE) announces that Mr David Bundred, Chairman of the Company, has exercised options over a total of 300,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Following the exercise Mr. Bundred is beneficially interested in 1,310,025 Ordinary Shares amounting to 0.8% of the voting capital of the Company.

Admission and Total Voting Rights

The new Ordinary Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company. Application has been made for the 300,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 12 October 2020. Following Admission, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 154,898,319 and shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
