Surface Transforms plc (AIM: SCE) announces that the Company was notified on 14 April 2016 that David Bundred, Chairman of the Company had purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 18.14p per share on 14 April 2016. Mr. Bundred is now beneficially interested in 733,341 Ordinary Shares which equates to approximately 0.81 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
