Surface Transforms plc (AIM: SCE) announces that the Company was notified on 22 April 2021 that Group 14 Ltd, a company wholly owned by Richard Gledhill, a non-executive director of the Company, and his wife, Lorraine Gledhill, sold 400,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). These shares were then purchased by Richard and Lorraine into their respective SIPP's and ISA's.

Specifically, on 22 April 2021, Group 14 Ltd, sold 400,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 68.5p per Ordinary Share and on the same date Richard Gledhill repurchased an aggregate of 245,000 Ordinary Shares at the same price, split 160,000 and 85,000 into his SIPP and ISA fund respectively. On 22 April 2021, Richard's wife Lorraine Gledhill repurchased an aggregate of 155,000 Ordinary Shares also at 68.5p per Ordinary Share split 115,000 and 40,000 between her SIPP and ISA fund respectively.

Following the above transactions, Mr Gledhill's beneficial interest is unchanged at 15,013,346 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.7% of the voting capital of the Company.
