Management Engagement and Nomination Committee Chair Appointments

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust plc (the "Company") announces that with effect from 13 October 2022:

- James B. Broderick, a non-executive director of the Company has been appointed as Chair of the Management Engagement Committee; and 

- Alice Chapple, a non-executive director of the Company has been appointed as Chair of the Nomination Committee.

Susannah Nicklin, the Company's Chair, stepped down as Chair of the Management Engagement and Nomination Committees with effect from 13 October 2022 but will remain a member of both Committees.
