The following supplementary prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:
The supplementary prospectus dated 1 July 2025 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") supplementing the base prospectus (the "Prospectus") dated 17 January 2025 relating to the establishment of the £5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme, with J Sainsbury plc as the issuer.
The Supplementary Prospectus incorporates by reference the audited financial statements of the Company for the 52-week period ended on 1 March 2025.
The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the Prospectus.
