The Company has been notified that in respect of the interim dividend for the 2016/17 financial year paid on 4 January 2017, the following PDMRs acquired ordinary shares of 284/7 pence each ('Shares') in the Company through their participation in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan ('DRIP'). The Shares were purchased on 4 January 2017 at £2.52752 each.
