Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified that, on 15 May 2019, Paul Mills-Hicks exercised 2,086 options over ordinary shares of 284/7 pence each in the Company ('Shares'), at an option price of £1.95 per Share, granted in December 2015 under the terms of the Company's Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (also known as Sharesave), and transferred them to a closely associated person.
On 20 May 2019, Paul Mills-Hicks transferred 1,562 Shares acquired through the Company's Share Incentive Plan (also known as SSPP), to a closely associated person.
